There are times when just running to the fridge to grab a quick snack is all that you currently have time for. Do not worry, here is a delicious snack that is super easy to make. You can eat it fresh or save it for a later quick snack that will still taste just as delicious! You pretty much can't go wrong with instant pot deviled eggs. Here's the recipe:
- 12 large eggs
- ¾ cup mayonnaise (avocado oil based)
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
Place the steam rack inside of the Instant Pot, pour over 1 cup of water, add the eggs and close the lid. Set to pressure cook for 5 minutes, and ensure that the valve is sealed.
While waiting mix the mayo and dijon mustard.
After the cook time has completed, allow to naturally release for five minutes before manually opening up the Instant Pot.
Run the eggs under cool water for a few minutes. Crack the shell off, cut eggs in halves and remove the yolk. Add the yolk into the mixture and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Fill in the havle eggs with mixture. Add paprika on top to taste.
